Delivery & Returns

  1. How long until my order is shipped?
    All orders are currently on a pre-order basis, so no orders will be shipped until the end of May / Beginning of June 2018. However.
  2. How will my order be shipped?
    All orders will be shipped in an anti-static bag and boxed with bubble wrap for protection.
  3. How are tracked orders shipped?
    UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.
    Worldwide orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed, Availability is country specific.
  4. How are standard / non tracked order shipped?
    UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard.
    Worldwide orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Standard.
  5. What is the difference between standard and tracked shipping?
    Other than one is tracked and the other is not, If your order doesn’t arrive and you selected standard shipping, I will contact the Royal Mail and attempt to figure out where it is, and if it is lost I will claim compensation, which will then be forwarded onto you.
  6. Will you refund / replace lost shipments if I select standard shipping?
    No. If you select standard shipping and your order gets lost in transit, it will not be replaced or refunded.
    This is the risk you take with standard shipping.
  7. Will you refund / replace lost shipments if I select tracked shipping?
    Yes. RetroPSU will do everything possible to track your order and find out what happened, if the order is lost, RetroPSU will replace ( subject to stock availability or refund the order.
  8. How long will my order take to be delivered?
    All delivery times will depend on your local postal service as well as your location.
    – UK orders should arrive within 3 working days after shipment.
    – Mainland Europe orders are usually delivered within 7 working days from shipment, but may be up to 14 working days.
    – US orders should be within 14 working days.
    – Rest of the world orders should be within 14 working days, but may take up to a month.
  9. What if the original shipment is returned to RetroPSU by the postal service due to non delivery?
    I will happily re-ship your order, but you will have to cover the costs of shipment.
  10. Do you accept returns?
    Yes, but only if the product is faulty.  I will not replace your device if you are using a low quality power supply, have faulty house wiring or poor insulation / shielding from electrical devices that may interfear with the DreamPSU / SaturnPSU.
    All returns should be arranged with me prior to retuning the item. Contact form.
  11. Who pays return shipping?
    RetroPSU will cover the cost of return shipping (with proof of return shipping cost) providing the returned item is found to be faulty according to our checklist.
  12. What happens if I return it and its not faulty?
    I will let you know if the product is faulty, if it is, I can either refund your order (or part of, for multi item orders) excluding original shipping costs, or I can return it to you at your expense, You can choose which option best suits your situation.
